Home Standard
Your order will be delivered to the main door of your building or your home. The expected waiting time for delivery is visible before checkout and will be confirmed later in your order confirmation.

We will keep you updated at all times regarding your order status, as well as providing details of the company that will deliver it. You can also track your order on its journey to the address provided.

If you are placing your order and want it to arrive later than the expected delivery date, you must indicate this when you select the delivery method, by mentioning it in the comments section during the checkout process. Indicate your preferred day and the time slot for your order to arrive. If your order has already left our warehouse, you must wait for the courier to contact you to agree the new delivery date, if this is possible.
We ship to: Romania, Germany, United Kingdom, mainland Spain (includes Balearic Islands), Metropolitan France (includes Corsica), Belgium, Netherlands, Italy (includes Sardinia and Sicily), Portugal, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.
When your order arrives, check the condition of the products, the integrity of the packaging and that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the delivery note. If you detect any inconsistency, write “I accept with reservation” on the delivery note and specify the reason.
Any issues must be reported via the website.
Fill out the form – https://www.karmicwood.com/return-form/ to report your issue by selecting the option “I received something that I didn’t order”. You must indicate in “Notes” the item or items that you have received and had not ordered. The more details you provide, the quicker the process will be.
We will send you an email within three working days with the outcome of your request. If you placed the order as a guest and, as a result, your order is not linked to any account, please create an account with the same email address you used to place your order and follow the steps explained above.
IMPORTANT: In order for us to collect your order, it must be disassembled and in its original packaging with its internal protective material.
The courier will get in touch with you via text message or email to arrange for a second delivery date.
We can only cancel your order if it still hasn’t been sent. In that case, contact us at service@karmicwood.com.

DPD deliver Home Standard orders within five to seven working days from the date they leave our warehouse.
No, you can make your purchase as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account so that your information is saved for the future. Don’t forget, we will need your information in order to be able to process any returns or resolve an issue.

Check your AWB in your email or log in and track the status of your order in My Orders, within My Account.
Your order status will be one of the following:
– Pending: we have successfully received your order but have not received payment. This occurs when you have selected the bank transfer payment method. If we do not receive payment in five days, the order will be cancelled.
– Confirmed: we have successfully received your order and it is being prepared at our warehouse.
– Cancelled: your order has been cancelled. If this is not correct, please contact us service@karmicwood.com
– Delivered: your order has arrived at your address.
You will receive an email from both the courier company and us with the order tracking number.
To place an order, select the product you want, enter the amount and add it to your basket. It’s that easy! In the upper right-hand corner, next to the bag icon, you will see the number of products in your basket. If you click there, the website will bring up all the details.
Once you are ready, click “Proceed to payment”.
